Recycle a bike

Buy locally grown food in season in bulk. Buying in bulk uses less packaging and resources that go to landfills. These efforts save transportation costs for products and reduce CO2 emissons from truck exhaust. Design and plant a community garden.

Snack on berries. They're packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Eat them with cereal, salads or smoothies.
